Minnesota Land Development
Granite Companies was founded by Chris and Corey, who each bring more than two decades of landscaping and land development experience across the Twin Cities through Landscapes Unlimited and Scherber Companies. That background — grading sites, moving earth, and building hardscapes that last — is why every wall we build starts with what's underneath it. And when they saw what contractors were paying middlemen for stone, they bought the quarry.

Chris runs the East Side yard in Inver Grove Heights, working directly with homeowners and wholesale contractors across the east metro. His 20+ years in landscaping and land development mean your project gets sized up by someone who has graded the sites, set the stone, and seen what Minnesota freeze-thaw does to walls that were built wrong.
